As an executive in the field of high technology, Michele led large organizations that generated millions of dollars per day in company profits. She held a number of leadership positions and coached teams to achieve world-class results. She became a frequently sought out speaker and mentor in her community. In 2003, she was highlighted as a success story in the Arizona Republic and the Scottsdale Tribune newspapers.
Michele graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Materials Science. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering. Michele is also a graduate of several leadership programs including MIT Leaders for Manufacturing, Arizona Leadership 2000, Intel Leadership Development Forum, Intel Leadership Curriculum, and Chandler Leadership Institute. Michele received her coach training from Corporate Coach University, the leading global provider of business and corporate coach training programs and services.
Michele has been a frequent speaker and conference panelist in a number of communities, including Intel Corporation, University of Michigan, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and several chambers of commerce. She volunteers a Small Business Administration SCORE counselor, helping small businesses start-up and achieve success. Michele is married to Mark Parrish, a highly accomplished executive and decorated military leader. They have a two year old daughter whose miracle of life inspires them each day.
