Her signature approach is a integrated blend of coaching, consulting, and training, leveraging the latest in neuroscience and positive psychology, to create transformative change for leading organizations.
Michele graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Materials Science. She graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering. Michele is also a graduate of several leadership programs including MIT Leaders for Manufacturing, Arizona Leadership, Intel Leadership Development Forum & Leadership Curriculum, Chandler Leadership Institute, and Advanced Landmark Forum.
Michele received her coach training from Corporate Coach University, a leading global provider of business and corporate coach training programs and services. She is a Target Training International (TTI) Associate and is certified in a number of assessments including: DISC – Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA), PIAV – Certified Professional Values Analyst (CPVA), EQ – Certified Emotional Quotient Analyst, and ACI – TriMetrix® Certified.
Michele is a frequent speaker and conference panelist on the topics of leadership, management, and entrepreneurship. She has taught classes at leading educational institutions including Massachusetts Institute of Technology, University of Michigan, Arizona State University, and Chapman University. Michele also founded and leads an MIT alumni group that provides networking and professional development opportunities for Leaders for Global Operations, a dual master degree program. She has served as a Small Business Administration SCORE counselor, helping small businesses start-up and succeed. Michele currently serves as a board member for Casa Romantica, a premier Southern California cultural center.
